There’s the rehabilitation centre for orphaned bears-cub which is the only all over the Siberia and Far East territory. This centre is connected with the reserve. You’ll have a great chance to see this rehabilitation centre and the museum of nature.

You’ll get to know about the foundation of Vladivostok as military post, about the development of the city as military fortress and the base of the Pacific navy. You ‘ll also get to know about the creation of the unsurpassed masterpiece of fortification architecture - it’s the only “double fortress” in Russia.

This fortress is unique and it is considered to be one of the strongest fortress of the world. The erected forts and batteries of the fortress are durable and safe, that’s why this fortress is very important. Some of the fortress buildings work nowadays. You won’t be able to stay indifferent, visiting one of the forts of 1910-th during 1,5 hours under the ground!
